Order Processing Timeline
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days prior to shipment. Please note that processing times may extend during peak seasons, promotional periods, or major holidays. Delays of 3-5 additional business days may occur if incomplete payment information or inaccurate shipping addresses are provided.

Address Verification Note: All domestic US shipping addresses are verified through the United States Postal Service (USPS) address validation system. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend confirming your address accuracy at USPS.com prior to ordering (international addresses are exempt from this verification process).

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will typically be processed the following business day.

Glucore™ cannot assume responsibility for delivery delays as our standard processing requires 1-2 business days. We are unable to guarantee shipping timelines provided by carrier services.

Domestic Delivery Estimates – Standard Shipping

Delivery timelines vary based on selected shipping method and exclude weekends and holidays. All delivery estimates are approximations. Glucore™ cannot be held accountable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier service issues, or labor disputes.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Packages refused upon delivery will incur a deduction of the original shipping fee from any applicable refund. Refunds for refused shipments will be processed only after the returned products have been received and inspected by our quality assurance team.

Glucore™ primarily utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) for domestic shipments. We regret that we cannot provide replacements for packages reported as lost or stolen when shipped via standard carrier services. For delivery concerns or shipment issues, please contact our customer support team. Glucore™ assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages.

International Shipping Note: International deliveries to select countries may require 4-6 weeks for transit, with occasional delays extending to 8-12 weeks in exceptional circumstances. Glucore™ is not responsible for delays occurring during customs clearance in destination countries. Additional shipping charges may apply for certain international destinations due to geographical considerations and customs regulations.

Order Cancellation Policy

Due to our streamlined fulfillment process and high order volume, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Orders that have entered the processing or shipping phase cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may either refuse delivery or return the unopened package with valid tracking information to receive a refund upon our receipt and inspection.

Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer

Customers bear full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of provided shipping addresses. Glucore™ cannot accommodate address changes once orders have entered the processing or shipping stages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers may choose between reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a full refund.

Delivery Confirmation & Non-Receipt

When carrier tracking indicates successful delivery but you have not received your package, Glucore™ does not offer refunds or replacements. In such instances, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a delivery investigation and checking with neighbors or building management for potential misplacement.

Return Procedure & Requirements

To qualify for a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee, customers must return all bottles (including any bonus or promotional items) within 180 days of the original purchase date. Each return must include a written or printed note containing the following information:

Returns must reach our facility within 180 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and associated fees. Upon receipt and verification, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, though bank processing times may extend this period.
